A standard SMS is 160 characters (70 for Arabic/Unicode text). Longer messages are automatically split into linked segments — DezSMS supports long messages of up to 765 characters in either Arabic or English.

We route every message through licensed local operators. As long as the number is active and formatted correctly, delivery is confirmed back to your account — you can check the exact status of any message from Outbox or Sent Items.

Yes. When composing a message, choose a future date and time and DezSMS will queue it automatically — useful for reminders, offers, or campaigns tied to a specific moment.

From your dashboard go to Credit → Buy Credit or Buy SMS to choose a prepaid package. You can also call us to arrange a prepaid card top-up.

Yes — submit a Request Sender ID from the Credit menu with your business name, and once approved your messages will show that name as the sender instead of a generic number.

Your groups and numbers are private to your account. We never share your contact lists, and messaging data is only used to deliver and report on your own campaigns.
