1. Using DezSMS
By creating an account you agree to use DezSMS to send messages you have the right to send, to real
recipients who can reasonably expect to hear from you, and in line with Kuwait's telecommunications
regulations.
2. Sending messages
You're responsible for the content of every message you send, including any promotional, transactional,
or verification messages sent through the dashboard, app, or API.
3. Credit & payments
Prepaid packages are non-refundable once messages have been sent against them. Unused credit remains
valid for the package's stated validity period.
4. Account & termination
We may suspend accounts used to send spam, fraudulent, or unlawful messages. You can close your account
at any time from User Account settings.
