Meta Rate Card (USD)
Your DezSMS subscription covers the platform — the inbox, broadcasts, chatbot, Chat Widget and API. Meta separately charges a small per-message fee for template messages (Marketing, Utility, Authentication), billed by the recipient's country.

Rates are set by Meta and can change; message replies within an open 24-hour customer service window, and all non-template messages, are free.
How billing works
Every outbound template message is billed once, based on its category and the recipient's country. Messages your customers send you, and any reply your team sends within the resulting 24-hour service window, don't count as billable template messages.
